You can join your class in two ways:

• With a class key

• Via class invitation

Please note: 

• If this is a new account, you must activate your code before you can join a class.

• After joining a class, you will no longer be able to change your first and last names.

Using a class key:

A class key is special code with letters and numbers. It is case‑sensitive, and can include both capital and lower case letters. Here's an example: A123-bc45. If you do not have a class key, please talk to your teacher.

Steps:

1. On your dashboard, choose + Join a class

2. Enter the class key and choose Join

3. Select Start learning

Via class invitation:

If your teacher invites you to join a class. You can accept the invitation in two ways:

• From your account

If you log in and see a notification next to your name:
 

1. Select the bell icon, then find and choose the notification with the class invitation

2. Check the box next to your class, then choose Accept

You have successfully joined your class! If you have not activated the code for your learning materials, you can do it now.

• From your email

If your account has an email associated to it, when a teacher sends you an invitation, you receive an email with the class invitation. Open the email and select View invite to accept the class invitation.
