1. The email may have gone to your spam/junk folder, so check this first
2. If it's not there, ask for the email to be re-sent to you:

Verification email
On the login page, enter your details and then choose ‘Resend verification email’

Password reset email
Select 'Forgotten your password?', enter your email address, and choose 'Reset password'.
Tips:
- The password reset link is valid for 60 minutes, while the verification email is valid for 24 hours after your request
- If you have a child account, ask your parent or teacher for help
- Please make sure you enter the correct email address you use to register your account
- Add noreply@cambridge.org and noreply@cambridgeone.org to your email address book and safe sender list (or ask your school network administrator).
