We’re aware of a problem affecting access to your learning materials through integrations with Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas, and Brightspace when using iPhones, iPads, and Safari on Macs.
This issue is caused by the recent iOS/Safari v18.4 update and will result in the following error message: 'Sorry! Something went wrong'
In the meantime:
- If you use a Mac: Access your activities using Google Chrome, as the issue only affects Safari.
- If you use an iPhone or iPad: We recommend accessing your activities from an alternative device, such as one running Windows or Android, or using Chrome on a Mac.
