3. Choose from seven report types which will be downloaded as CSV files.
-

For each component it shows average best and first scores, completion, best and first attempts below and above target score, the last time the student was active, time spent learning, and any grading categories scores. -
Class detailed data: A detailed view of progress through the whole course.
Includes: best and first score averages for units and lessons, best and first scores for individual activities, number of attempts, time spent learning for all students at unit, lesson and activity level, and any grading categories scores. - Class daily data: For each day, shows the number of completed activities, best and first average scores, and time spent learning by each student on each component.
-
Aggregated data: An overview of student and class performance.
For the class, it shows average completion, time spent learning, average score and attempts above target score.
For each student, it shows best and first score averages, completion, attempts above and below target score, overall time spent, last time active, and any grading categories or teacher scores. If your classes use a custom grading scale, your report will also show progress so far and grade achieved.
-
Assignments summary: Key data for each student, just for the assigned activities.
For each assignment, this shows your students’ average best and first scores, completion, best and first attempts above/below target score, time spent, and time last active. -
Assignments detailed data: Lists all the homework assignments set for the classes.
It shows if students have finished the assignment, whether they did it on time or late, and each student’s score. -
Estimated CEFR level: This gives an indication of your students’ levels based on all tests submitted.
It also shows separate estimated CEFR levels per skill, ie: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.
4. Assignments reports are always run from the day the class was created and include all the assignments set for the students in the selected classes, with due dates.
Select a report type. For ‘Class summary’, ‘Class detailed data’, ‘Class daily data’ and ‘Aggregated data’ reports you can choose to run the report with all student data or to set a specific date range.
Tip: You can choose to show only items that contribute to grade calculation on your reports.
5. We will notify you when your report is ready. You will then be able to download it from the ‘Reports’ tab.
Please note: If you are using courses with only one component, a CSV file will download. If your courses have more than one component, a zip file with a report for each will download.
